CGID Project Management LLC provides project management services on behalf of the client for the delivery of Swissôtel Bucharest, a 5-star property operated under the Accor brand. The programme includes guest rooms and suites, food and beverage facilities, spa and wellness centre, as well as a conference and events hub.
The mandate covers the full project lifecycle - from the design phase and coordination of studies through to operational handover, scheduled for end of 2026. This project reinforces Niro Group's position in the premium hospitality market in Eastern Europe, building on its existing track record in Bucharest.

Project Management for the Corinthia resort complex in the Maldives, comprising 110 luxury villas on an island site. The mission covers coordination of design teams, supervision of main contractors and specialized fit-out trades, as well as management of logistical constraints inherent to a construction site in an atoll environment — maritime supply, rotation schedule management and compliance with the site's environmental requirements. The project adheres to Corinthia brand operational standards, with particular attention paid to consistency between execution quality and the ultra-luxury positioning of the destination.
