Interior Fit-Out Management
Specialist in luxury decorative interior fit-out for over 20 years. Coordination of architectural and decorative trades, managing interfaces between design and execution, quality control to 5-star standards. Every detail matters: from marble installation to luminaire alignment, we ensure a flawless level of finish.
FF&E Procurement & Installation
Full FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) management: supplier selection, tendering, manufacturing follow-up, factory quality control, international logistics, receiving and on-site installation. We manage every step to ensure design compliance and delivery schedule adherence.
OS&E Coordination
Planning and deployment of operating supplies and equipment (OS&E): linens, tableware, kitchen and laundry equipment, consumables, signage and back-of-house items. Close coordination with the hotel operator to ensure brand standard compliance from day one.
Quality Assurance & Snag Management
Systematic quality inspections at every critical project milestone. Snag list compilation and tracking, remedial works coordination, defects liability period management. Our processes ensure compliance with operator standards (Accor, Corinthia, Four Seasons...) and owner requirements.
Pre-Opening & Handover Support
Support during the critical pre-opening phase: operator coordination, final punch lists, MEP commissioning, testing and commissioning, operator technical staff training. We ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations.
