With over 35 years of experience in construction project management across 17 countries, Christophe GID is a recognised expert in high-end interior fit-out and luxury hospitality project direction.
Founder of CGID Project Management LLC (Dubai), he serves the most demanding investors and developers to protect their interests and ensure excellence in their projects. His unique background, shaped by working alongside leading hotel operators (Accor, Corinthia, Four Seasons) and the most prestigious interior designers, gives him an intimate understanding of what sets a successful project apart from an exceptional one.

Swissôtel Bucharest — Project Management, 5-Star Hotel (Accor) CGID Project Management LLC provides project management services on behalf of the client for the delivery of Swissôtel Bucharest, a 5-star property operated under the Accor brand. The programme includes guest rooms and suites, food and beverage facilities, spa and wellness centre, as well as a conference and events hub. The mandate covers the full project lifecycle - from the design phase and coordination of studies through to operational handover, scheduled for end of 2026. This project reinforces Niro Group's position in the premium hospitality market in Eastern Europe, building on its existing track record in Bucharest.
